Sunday, February 22nd, 2009I get asked this a bunch – why “docsmooth”? There are actually a lot of answers I could give here, but it really just boils down to 3 simple things:
- I’ve been using this handle since I was browsing local BBSs before Compuserve when I was 13.
- I’m too lazy to come up with something more original.
- I have owned the domain for almost 10 years and don’t want to give it up.
That’s it really. There’s nothing sinister, nothing creepy, just a long-standing handle that isn’t very memorable, since *everyone* wants to use it. And that’s kinda nice for me.
